Back on line!

after a few technical problems with the website it's back up and running again . We had a busy autumn with ponies coming for schooling and starting.  I love this aspect of the job as we get a huge variety of animals and it's really rewarding to see them gaining confidence and really understanding what [...]

a little catch up!

it's been a while since I've posted. Amy Tweedale has a new coloured horse, A Remarkable Quest, who enjoyed success with his previous owner and has settled in well with us. As with all new animals, he has seen our physio and osteopath who have sorted out a couple of little things which have enabled [...]

No shows for our lot this weekend and so Saturday was busy with clients having lessons at home in the sunshine. I worked a couple Sunday morning before heading over to Harrogate to judge the second 2016 HOYS CHAPS qualifier. Must have been the very changeable weather but the coats are taking forever to get right this year. I'm still busy [...]

getting ready for the season

This week we've welcomed two new show ponies, bought a Connemara and continued our search for a coloured! February always seems an odd month as we're in limbo before the coats are through and we're ready for showing. The yard is full at the moment with a combination of showing, schooling and DIY liveries as [...]
